Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Assistant to support IFM services for a Global Financial Services client in Australia. You will help maintain a safe, efficient workplace across front-of-house and back-of-house operations, with a focus on customer experience and admin support.

You will collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and service providers to ensure workplace readiness, accommodation of meetings, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, workplace operations, or corporate services.
• Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Organisational and administrative skills with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation, presentation, and functionality of the workplace across front-of-house and back-of-house environments.
• Assist with workplace logistics including workstation moves, furniture setups, signage, and pantry services.
• Coordinate mail, courier services, archives, stock management, and procurement activities.
• Provide first-level support for meeting room systems and collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom).
• Support safety, security, and compliance activities on site.
