Job summary

Crown Resorts Limited in Melbourne invites a Senior Planning Manager to lead planning and programme oversight for complex capital, infrastructure and fit-out projects from concept to handover. You’ll identify critical-path risks, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure delivery within time, cost, quality and operational requirements.

You will report to the Executive General Manager, Planning and Projects, shaping Crown's capital delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, construction management, project management or related.
At least 10 years’ construction and project delivery experience, including large-scale capital projects.
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Strong expertise in critical-path analysis, construction sequencing, progress measurement and recovery planning.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain integrated project programmes covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
Establish baselines, milestones, dependencies and critical paths with look-ahead reporting.
Analyse contractor and consultant programmes, challenge sequencing and mitigation strategies.
Support the delivery of multiple capital, infrastructure and fit-out projects within approved time, cost, quality and operational requirements.
Coordinate with sponsors, business units, consultants, contractors and suppliers to resolve interfaces and maintain alignment.
Provide clear programme reporting to stakeholders and senior leaders through handover.
