Job summary

Court Services Victoria is recruiting for a role within the Commercial, Infrastructure & Security Division in Melbourne to coordinate outsourced facilities services across sites, monitor performance and ensure quality and timely issue resolution. The role emphasises collaboration with Facilities Managers, contractors and site stakeholders to maintain court operations with minimal disruption.

• Experience in facilities management or related service delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outsourced services across sites and engage with Facilities Managers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor service delivery and assist with quality assurance and issue resolution.
• Oversee service requests, liaise with contractors for timely resolution and minimal disruption to court operations.
• Maintain accurate records of service delivery, contractor activities and performance for governance and reporting.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure consistent service delivery and timely responses.
• Identify opportunities to improve outsourced services and support continuous improvement initiatives.
