Job summary

RACV Limited on the Gold Coast seeks a Building & Services Operations Supervisor to oversee facilities across RACV Royal Pines Resort, Noosa Resort and Hobart Hotel. Based at the Gold Coast, the role combines hands-on operations with budget management and asset discipline.

You’ll coordinate contractors, drive compliance, and support lifecycle planning, capital works, and energy efficiency across RACV’s portfolio while travelling regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or resort facilities coordination or multi-site operations.
• Current Australian Driver Licence and ability to travel to Noosa and Hobart, including overnight stays.
• Availability for after-hours support for operational emergencies and critical business needs.
• Diploma of Facility Management or related qualification highly regarded.
• Experience coordinating contractors, inductions, permits, risk assessments, supervision and compliance.
• Understanding of building compliance, risk management, WHS and emergency management.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, security and broader building services infrastructure.
• Experience using CMMS and asset management systems, and MS Office applications.
• Exposure to basic project coordination, tracking actions and small works through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Support facilities operations across RACV Royal Pines Resort, RACV Noosa Resort and RACV Hobart Hotel.
• Help prepare, manage and forecast operating and capital budgets.
• Champion RACV’s asset and maintenance system INFORM, including training and support for contractors.
• Complete regular site inspections to ensure assets, buildings and grounds are maintained to a high standard.
• Support asset lifecycle planning and delivery of the Rolling Asset Replacement Program (RARP).
• Coordinate contractor engagement, inductions, permits, risk assessments and performance management.
• Support building compliance, audits, emergency management programs and statutory obligations.
• Support energy efficiency, water conservation and sustainability initiatives across the portfolio.
• Act as Deputy to the Facility Manager and provide operational leadership when needed.
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, body corporates, suppliers, contractors and service providers.
