Job summary

RACV Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast is seeking a Building and Services Operations Supervisor to oversee facilities across RACV properties in QLD and TAS. Based at the Gold Coast resort, you will coordinate maintenance, manage contractor performance, and support asset replacement programs.

You’ll bring facilities coordination experience, a relevant qualification, and the ability to travel for work. The role combines hands‑on problem solving with leadership, budget awareness and a commitment

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or resort facilities coordination.
• Diploma or higher in Facility Management or related field.
• Experience coordinating contractors, inductions, permits and risk assessments.
• Knowledge of building compliance and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routine maintenance and asset replacement activity.
• Support capital works and asset lifecycle planning.
• Manage contractor performance, inductions, permits and risk assessments.
• Support budgeting and financial reporting for operations.
• Provide technical guidance and act as escalation point for issues.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and service providers.
• Assist with asset management systems and preventive maintenance.
