Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to take ownership of day-to-day hard and soft services across a premium industrial portfolio in Brisbane.

You will manage contractors, maintain strong relationships with occupants and ownership, and ensure high standards of service delivery. With 5+ years in FM, you’ll bring solid contractor management, WHS compliance, and effective budgeting and reporting.

The assets are premium industrial, the occupants are demanding in the best possible way, and the expectation is high-quality, consistent service delivery.

You have experience in facilities management on industrial / commercial / retail assets and you know what that actually means in practice: high expectations, visible presence, and no room for things to slip. You are available now and you can hit the ground running.
