Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to take ownership of day-to-day hard and soft services for a premium CBD asset and lead contractor relationships. The role requires strong WHS, compliance and reporting capabilities, with responsibility for budgets, monthly reporting and variance analysis.

In This Role, You Will

• A natural communicator who can hold their own with C‑suite occupants and trade contractors in the same day
