Job summary

CBRE in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for an immediate start on a temp engagement with full-time hours in a premium CBD asset. You will lead day-to-day hard and soft services to maintain exemplary service levels.

You will manage contractors, act as the FM face to occupants and ownership, ensure WHS compliance, and oversee budgeting and monthly reporting to keep the asset performing at the highest standard.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in facilities management of premium/commercial assets.
• Strong contractor management with solid relationships.
• Confident with WHS, compliance, and asset reporting.
• Natural communicator capable of engaging with C-suite and trades.

This is a well-run building with a team that takes pride in the standard they deliver. We need an experienced FM to step in and keep that momentum going while we work through a resourcing change. The asset is premium CBD commercial, the occupants are demanding in the best possible way, and the expectation is high-quality, consistent service delivery.

In this role, you will:

About You

You have managed premium commercial buildings before and you know what that actually means in practice: high expectations, visible presence, and no room for things to slip. You are available now and you can hit the ground running.

• At least five years in FM with solid experience managing premium or A-grade commercial office assets
• Strong contractor management background, with the relationships and credibility to get results
• Confident with WHS, compliance, and the reporting that comes with a high-profile asset
• A natural communicator who can hold their own with C-suite occupants and trade contractors in the same day
