Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Brisbane is seeking a Site-based Facilities Manager to take ownership of day-to-day hard and soft services across a premium industrial portfolio. You will manage contractors and service providers, be the face of FM for occupants and ownership, and ensure WHS and risk controls.

You will also handle budgeting, monthly reporting and variance analysis, contributing to a well-run asset with strong team support and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities management (FM) with solid experience.
• Strong contractor management background with relationships to drive results.
• Confident with WHS, compliance and asset reporting.

In This Role, You Will

• Take ownership of day-to-day hard and soft services across a premium industrial portfolio
• Manage contractors and service providers, keeping performance and relationships in good shape
• Be the face of FM for building occupants and ownership, handling issues before they become problems
• Keep compliance, WHS, and risk management tight
• Own the financials, including budget management, monthly reporting, and variance analysis

About You

• 5 + years in FM with solid experience
• Strong contractor management background, with the relationships and credibility to get results
• Confident with WHS, compliance, and the reporting that comes with a high-profile asset
• A natural communicator who can hold their own with C-suite occupants and trade contractors in the same day
