Based on the Gold Coast, this retained Facilities Manager arrangement offers responsibility for two professionally managed commercial assets across approximately four hours per week.

These are established properties with professional tenants, experienced contractors and CBRE's facilities management platform already in place. You won't be stepping into a difficult or neglected portfolio. Instead, you'll inherit a well-run operation with the support of an experienced local team behind you.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Facilities Manager, Building Manager, Property Professional, Trade Supervisor or independent consultant looking to stay connected to the industry while maintaining flexibility and work-life balance.

In a typical week, you may:

• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities
• Review work orders and follow up contractor performance
• Monitor compliance requirements including WHS, essential services and statutory obligations
• Maintain asset registers, compliance records and FM documentation
• Liaise with tenants, contractors and client stakeholders
• Complete reporting through CBRE's facilities management systems
• Conduct occasional site visits as required

The assets are commercial in nature, meaning professional tenants, established contractor relationships and predictable operating rhythms.

About You

You bring practical facilities, property, building services or maintenance experience and are comfortable managing your own workload with minimal supervision.
