Job summary

Clarence Property Corporation is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day facilities management for a growing portfolio of retail, office, and industrial properties in NSW and Queensland. You will manage contractors, ensure high standards of property presentation, and support tenant engagement while driving compliance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years facilities management or related industry experience
• Knowledge of facilities management operations, codes and legislative requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Self-directed, motivated and proactive
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with BMS or similar systems

Responsibilities

• Contractor engagement and ongoing management, including service contracts
• Ensure properties function well and present to a high standard
• Support Property Management through effective tenant engagement and issue resolution
• Oversee and manage capital expenditure projects on the portfolio
• Support Senior FM to maintain compliance and safety standards
• Collaborate on sustainability initiatives across the portfolio
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs
• Prepare and manage annual operating and capital expenditure budgets
• Report to Property Management Team and Senior FM on portfolio activity
• Undertake minor maintenance repairs when required
