Job summary

Redpath Partners seeks a Facilities Manager in Bankstown to lead on-site maintenance for a diverse portfolio. The role requires daily on-site attendance five days a week and reports to the Head of Facilities Management.

You will manage reactive and preventive maintenance, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and cost-effective operations across the portfolio, including AFSS and HVAC compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management within industrial or retail property.
• Willingness to commute to Bankstown 5 days per week.
• Strong technical knowledge.
• Experience managing contractors.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all reactive and preventative maintenance of the portfolio.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and plan suitable maintenance to a high standard for safety, quality and cost.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure works are carried out effectively.
• Ensure compliance of sites including maintaining AFSS and HVAC.
• Manage supplier relationships with reviews of service level agreements and KPI's.
• Budget responsibility for maintenance costs.
• Provide technical advice along with working closely with WHS team to ensure compliance across the complex portfolio.

The Role:

Due to growth, our client are hiring a Facilities Manager for their team. The role will manage a portfolio in Bankstown and candidates with industrial or retail experience will be very well received.

You will work within a company that is known for their team collaboration and good culture.

The role will require you to be on site in Bankstown 5 days per week and you will report into the Head of Facilities Management.

Your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:

• Responsible for all reactive and preventative maintenance of the portfolio
• Manage subcontractor relationships and plan suitable maintenance to a high standard for safety quality and cost
• Conduct site inspections and ensure works are carried out effectively
• Ensure compliance of sites including maintaining AFSS and HVAC

• Ideally experience as a Facilities management within industrial or retail property
