Job summary

Property Network of Australia in Sydney seeks an Assistant Operations Manager to support day-to-day facilities and building management across NSW assets.

You will assist in contract administration, drive WHS and fire-safety compliance, coordinate repairs, capital works and lessee fitouts, and support tenancy coordination while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver sustainable, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations/facilities management for retail or commercial property.
• Proficient in contract negotiation and administration.
• Strong administrative and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work autonomously and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations and facilities management across NSW assets.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and capital works aligned with asset priorities.
• Support contract administration and contractor performance management.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, fire safety, and statutory requirements.
• Assist in sustainability initiatives including waste and solar programs.
• Provide tenancy coordination and oversee lessee fitout requirements
