Job summary

Crown Perth is seeking an experienced Venue Supervisor to lead 1520 and support the Urban Food District. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a premium, fast-paced hospitality environment within Crown Perth.

You will coach front-line teams, drive service standards, manage rosters, and uphold responsible service of alcohol while maintaining high presentation and cleanliness across venues.

Qualifications

• Recent supervisory or leadership experience in high-volume hospitality settings.
• Strong knowledge of beverage operations, cocktails, wine, and responsible service practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Flexibility to work a rotating 24/7 roster, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations within 1520 and maintain exceptional service standards.
• Support operational requirements across the Urban Food District as needed.
• Coach, develop and motivate team members to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences.
• Ensure compliance with responsible service of alcohol, licensing requirements, and Crown policies.
• Drive bar service excellence, product knowledge, and guest engagement.
• Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
• Assist with staffing, service planning, and venue performance initiatives.
