Job summary

Full Circle Partners, Perth-based, seeks an experienced Facility Maintenance Coordinator to own building maintenance and contractor management across a large portfolio. The role offers a permanent position within a well-regarded government organisation and flexible arrangements.

You will lead a maintenance team, oversee outsourced contracts for general building, electrical and plumbing works, and drive KPI-based performance while maintaining WHS and asbestos compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating or managing a facility/building maintenance function.
• Strong experience managing outsourced contractors across trades.
• Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring skills.
• Sound understanding of WHS, permits to work, and asbestos management compliance.
• Budgeting, contract management and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the facility maintenance team to deliver reactive and renewal works.
• Manage three major facility maintenance panel contracts – general building, electrical, plumbing.
• Develop, apply and review KPIs across contracting arms to ensure performance.
• Prepare and monitor annual building maintenance budgets and expenditure.
• Plan and review the Facility Maintenance Renewal Programme.
• Oversee building inspection programs to inform maintenance planning.
• Mentor and coach a team of eight and support performance development.
• Authorize and manage Permits to Work for high-risk activities.
• Maintain asbestos management plan and key facility registers.
