Job summary

AusNet is seeking a proactive Building Services Coordinator based in Benalla to oversee workplace facilities across north-east Victoria, supporting sites in Seymour, Mansfield, Wangaratta, Myrtleford and Wodonga.

You will manage planned and reactive maintenance, coordinate contractors, ensure safety compliance, manage budgets and invoices, and drive high-quality service for employees and contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or building services
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings (beneficial)
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience with SAP and Rapid Global preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and tracking planned preventative maintenance programs
• Managing workplace maintenance requests and ensuring they are completed within agreed service levels
• Overseeing contractors and supporting workplace health and safety compliance
• Coordinating services including mechanical, electrical, fire, lifts, hydraulics, cleaning, plant and equipment
• Processing invoices and monitoring operational and capital budgets
• Supporting building compliance, safety programs and annual site audits
• Coordinating Emergency Wardens and First Aiders across allocated sites
• Managing maintenance and capital projects from planning through to completion
• Building strong stakeholder relationships and providing responsive customer service
