Job summary

AusNet Services Ltd in Victoria is seeking a proactive Building Services Coordinator to oversee facilities across CBD, Southbank, Yarraville and Thomastown. You will manage planned and reactive maintenance, coordinate contractors, ensure safety, compliance and a great workplace experience.

Reporting to the Building Services Manager, the role focuses on coordinating maintenance programs, budgets, and stakeholder engagement while delivering responsive customer service across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or building services.
• High level of Customer Service.
• Reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings is beneficial.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP and Rapid Global ideal but not essential.
• Fleet management experience is a plus but not required.
• A current Victorian driver’s licence and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and tracking planned preventative maintenance programs.
• Managing workplace maintenance requests and ensuring completion within service levels.
• Overseeing contractors and supporting workplace health and safety compliance.
• Coordinating services including mechanical, electrical, fire, lifts, hydraulics, cleaning, plant and equipment.
• Processing invoices and monitoring budgets (operational and capital).
• Supporting building compliance, safety programs and annual site audits.
• Coordinating Emergency Wardens and First Aiders across sites.
• Managing maintenance and capital projects from planning through to completion.
• Building strong stakeholder relationships and providing responsive customer service.
