Job summary

dnata catering & retail in Sydney is seeking a proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our Sydney team on a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential extension. You will provide essential administrative and operational support across facilities management, preventative maintenance, contractor coordination and asset management, reporting to the Manager, Facilities.

A detail‑oriented and collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of facilities coordination and maintenance processes.
• Experience using CMMS or CAFM systems.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain asset registers and maintenance records.
• Coordinate contractor inductions and safety requirements.
• Review supplier invoices and assist with cost control.
• Provide regular updates to management and assist with reporting.
