Job summary

The EQ Hotel Management Pty Ltd in Perth is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the Restaurant & Bar pre-opening setup and daily operations. This role focuses on delivering refined guest experiences with high presentation standards and excellent guest engagement.

You will supervise shifts, train staff, and ensure RSA compliance, food safety, and beverage knowledge across coffee, wines, beers and cocktails.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in F&B supervision or similar role in premium venues.
• Current RSA and Food Handler certificates are required.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar and beverage operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day restaurant and bar operations.
• Lead service shifts and assist pre-opening preparations.
• Train, supervise and inspire team to deliver polished service.
• Ensure compliance with RSA, liquor licensing, and food safety standards.
