Job summary

Delaware North Australia is hiring casual Food and Beverage Supervisors to join our cafe and restaurant venues at Perth Airport. You will lead by example, supervise a diverse team across shifts, and ensure service excellence in fast-paced environments.

You’ll prepare and serve beverages, including coffee and cocktails, and support bar, dining and service areas while focusing on profitability, inventory control and guest satisfaction. Availability for early mornings and evenings is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in a high-volume hospitality venue.
• Certified Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Safety qualifications.
• Bar operations and barista preparation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a diverse team across shifts to ensure service excellence.
• Lead by example, setting the standard for professionalism and customer care.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee and cocktails.
• Assist in maintaining and setting up the bar, dining and service areas.
• Manage food and beverage operations to meet financial goals and drive business growth.
• Mobilise, train and develop team members to perform at their best.
• Oversee inventory, stock control and ordering processes.
• Implement upselling and promotional initiatives to boost revenue.
• Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements.
