Job summary

Rydges Port Macquarie is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead day-to-day outlets, including restaurant, bar, room service and events, ensuring guests receive consistently excellent service while the team runs efficiently.

This hands-on leadership role involves supervising rostered shifts, coaching casual and permanent staff, and stepping in on floor during service, with a focus on guest experience and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an F&B supervisor role in hotels or hospitality.
• Experience managing and training teams to drive guest experience.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage items (wine and cocktails).
• Warm, friendly and approachable manner.
• Excellent communication and adaptability.
