Job summary

Rydges Campbelltown is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead daily restaurant, bar, room service and events operations. You will supervise rosters, coach staff, and step in on the floor during service to ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences in a dynamic hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a F&B supervisor role or similar working in hotels, bars or restaurants.
• Experience managing and training teams, driving a strong guest experience.
• Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).
• Warm, friendly and approachable manor.
• Great communication skills, flexibility and approachable.

Responsibilities

• The F&B Supervisor leads the day-to-day operation of the hotel's food and beverage outlets — restaurant, bar, room service and/or events.
• Supervising rostered shifts, coaching casual and permanent staff, and stepping in on the floor during service.
