Job summary

EVT Limited, the parent company of Rydges Port Macquarie, seeks a hands‑on F&B Supervisor to lead restaurant, bar, room service and events. You’ll ensure consistently excellent service, manage shifts and coach staff while maintaining safety and profitability in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a F&B supervisor role or similar in hotels, bars or restaurants.
• Experience managing and training teams to foster a strong guest experience.
• Knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).

Responsibilities

• The F&B Supervisor leads the day-to-day operation of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, ensuring service is consistently excellent and operations are efficient and profitable.
• Supervises rostered shifts and coaches casual and permanent staff, stepping in on the floor during service.
• Promotes the venue and brand, maintains product knowledge, and assists with training, supervision and role allocation as required.
