Job summary

Rydges Gold Coast in Australia is seeking a friendly, hands-on Food & Beverage Duty Manager to oversee daily F&B operations across our restaurant, bar and functions. You will lead the team, ensure guest satisfaction and uphold service standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role requires previous F&B supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, RSA certification, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations
• Lead, support, and motivate the F&B team
• Ensure high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness
• Supervise restaurant, bar, and function operations
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Assist with team training and onboarding
• Monitor stock, wastage, and operational costs
• Ensure RSA, safety, and hotel procedures are followed
• Work closely with Kitchen, Front Office, Sales, and Events teams
