Job summary

Rydges Campbelltown NSW is seeking a motivated Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of our restaurant, bar, room service and events. You will ensure guests receive consistently excellent service while supervising rostered shifts and coaching staff.

Ideal candidates bring prior F&B supervisory experience in hotels or hospitality, strong communication, and a proactive approach to guest needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a F&B supervisor role or similar.
• Experience managing and training teams.
• Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails.
• Warm, friendly and approachable manner with strong communication.
• Great communication skills and flexibility.
• Be able to anticipate guests' needs and stay adaptable.
• Promote the venue and brand while supporting training and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the hotel's food and beverage outlets—restaurant, bar, room service and events.
• Ensure guests receive consistently excellent service while the team operates efficiently, safely and profitably.
• Hands-on leadership: supervising rostered shifts, coaching staff, and stepping in on the floor during service.
