Rydges Port Macquarie is seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant to join the team, delivering friendly service across hotel dining outlets. You’ll work across evening shifts, breakfast, lunch and events in a busy, guest‑facing environment.

You should have 1+ year of experience in food & beverage, knowledge of wine and cocktails, and barista skills are a bonus. A warm, approachable manner and the ability to carry plates will help you excel.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as an F&B attendant or waitstaff ideally in hotels, restaurants & events.
• Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).
• Barista experience is ideal but not essential.
