Job summary

Novotel Sydney Darling Square is seeking a dynamic Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our venue and hotel teams. Reporting to the Director of Culinary, you will drive guest-facing F&B excellence across the Pumphouse and hotel outlets, ensuring superb service and smooth operations.

You will be hands-on, supportive, and passionate about guest satisfaction, with RSA accreditation and the ability to work rotating hours, including late nights, to meet business needs.
