Job summary

Novotel Sydney Darling Square is seeking an Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage to lead day-to-day F&B operations across the hotel and Pumphouse, delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining brand standards.

You will coach and develop the team, manage guest feedback, and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery while upholding food safety and workplace health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in Food & Beverage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of all Food & Beverage activities across the hotel and Pumphouse.
• Assist with rostering, stock control, ordering, inventory management and minimising wastage.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
