Job summary

Julio's Italian at Holiday Inn West Perth is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the F&B team and uphold exceptional guest service standards. You will work closely with the Venue Manager to supervise daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure a warm welcome from arrival to departure.

The role requires prior F&B leadership experience, strong communication skills, and RSA/Approved Manager certifications; WA working rights are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage, hospitality, restaurant, or customer service environment.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding guest service focus and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people.
• Positive and collaborative leadership style.
• RSA certification and Approved Manager Certification; unrestricted Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise Food & Beverage team members across each shift.
• Lead team briefings and communicate daily priorities, promotions and specials.
• Support and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Manage restaurant operations in the absence of the Venue Manager.
• Greet guests and ensure a warm, professional welcome; provide beverage and menu recommendations.
