Holiday Inn Perth City Centre is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join Ivy & Jack, our vibrant all-day dining venue. You will lead daily operations, coach the F&B attendants, and ensure warm, genuine service across breakfast to dinner seven days a week.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year as a supervisor or 2+ years as a team leader, strong beverage knowledge, and natural leadership. RSA and Food Safety certificates and a police clearance are required.

Formación

• Experience as Food & Beverage Team Leader (2+ years) or Supervisor (1+ year).
• RSA and Food Safety Certification required.
• Current national police clearance.
• Legal right to work in Australia.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the F&B team to deliver guest experiences.
• Identify training needs with F&B Management and coach the team.
• Monitor guest behavior and follow service guidelines.
• Prepare and present food and beverages to standards.
• Greet guests, take orders and provide professional service.
• Follow hotel safety protocols and report incidents.
• Resolve guest concerns using service recovery guidelines.
