Job summary

Julio's Italian Restaurant, located inside Holiday Inn West Perth, part of IHG, is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Attendant. You will greet guests, provide table service, deliver meals and beverages, and help maintain a welcoming dining environment.

The role emphasizes guest experience, teamwork with the kitchen and hotel colleagues, adherence to service standards, and flexibility to work Thursdays to Saturdays.

• Experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional table service.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests to a consistently high standard.
• Recommend menu items, beverages, and daily specials with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism and care.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards throughout the venue.
• Assist with the setup and pack-down of restaurant and event spaces.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Work closely with the kitchen and wider hotel team to ensure seamless service.
• Uphold all food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety, and responsible service standards.
