Julio's Italian Restaurant at Holiday Inn West Perth is seeking a Full-Time Food & Beverage Team Leader to guide daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will work with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef to lead the team across restaurant, room service, and events, fostering a positive culture and high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and welcoming environment for every guest.
• Deliver personalised service aligned with IHG's True Hospitality standards.
• Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently.
• Provide recommendations on menu items, beverages, and specials.
• Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately.
• Support Room Service, Conference & Events, and bar operations as required.
• Coordinate opening, service, and closing procedures.
• Ensure restaurant presentation, cleanliness, and service standards are maintained.
• Assist with inventory management and stocktakes.
• Support compliance with food safety, RSA, and licensing requirements.
• Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Support the Restaurant Manager with training, coaching, and development of team members.
• Assist with team scheduling and timesheet approvals.
• Lead by example and foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
• Motivate and engage colleagues to consistently deliver exceptional service.
• Support workplace health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives.
