Job summary

InterContinental Perth City Centre is seeking a Food & Beverage Duty Manager to lead daily floor operations across Breakfast, Gallery Meeting Suites, and Ascua. You will drive guest satisfaction, coach team members, and contribute to revenue and profit goals while upholding safety and brand standards.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of team leadership in a busy hotel dining environment, with strong customer service and beverage knowledge to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team on a busy floor in a hotel or dining venue.
• Strong customer service orientation with guest escalation handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day F&B floor operations for Breakfast, Gallery Meeting Suites, and Ascua.
• Report to the Food & Beverage Manager and drive guest satisfaction and colleague engagement.
• Help achieve departmental revenue and profit goals through effective initiatives and standards.
• Ensure venue safety, compliance, and brand standards are maintained.
