Job summary

Accor is seeking a Full-Time Food & Beverage Assistant Manager for PERCY in Sydney. You’ll lead daily F&B operations, work closely with the management team, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences on the floor and at the bar.

Ideal candidates have hands-on leadership experience in high-volume hospitality, strong front-of-house and bar skills, and an RSA certificate. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays within a global hotel group.

Qualifications

• Minimum F&B supervisory or leadership experience in hotel or high-volume settings.
• Solid knowledge of hotel operations and inter-department coordination.
• Strong front-of-house and bar service skills during peak dinner service.
• RSA certificate and a passion for guest experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations and maintain high service standards.
• Lead and motivate the team, delivering warm guest experiences.
• Contribute on the floor during dinner service with strong FOH/bar skills.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and FOH for smooth service.
• Assist with training, rostering, and onboarding.
• Collaborate across hotel departments and cover other areas as needed.
• Address guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
