Job summary

Accor’s Percy in Sydney is seeking an experienced Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team, delivering attentive table service across dinner and bar operations, with a passion for hospitality.

You will work evenings, weekends and public holidays, bring RSA certified, strong communication and teamwork, and share knowledge of our wine and menu to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food and beverage attendant or similar hospitality role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service and table waiting skills.
• Previous bar experience and confidence serving a range of beverages.
• Current RSA certification.
• Availability to work a flexible roster, primarily evenings, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Delivering friendly, attentive and professional table service.
• Taking orders and serving food and beverages efficiently.
• Supporting bar operations and preparing and serving drinks.
• Sharing knowledge of our menu, wines and beverage offerings with guests.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant and bar.
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service.
• Creating memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality.
