Novotel Surfers Paradise is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage - Assistant Manager to steer the team toward exceptional service and revenue growth. You will work under the F&B Manager to execute industry-leading service, manage inventories, and train staff across multiple venues, including bars and dining outlets.

The role is hands-on, involves rostering across early mornings, afternoons, weekends and public holidays, and requires current Australian work rights.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and financial management skills within F&B operations.
• Proven track record coaching and managing large casual teams.
• Ability to drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Food & Beverage department to meet service standards.
• Collaborate with F&B Manager to achieve financial targets and budgets.
• Oversee inventory, costs, and supplier relations to optimize profitability.
• Mentor staff through training, succession planning, and performance reviews.
• Develop and update menus in collaboration with management and culinary team.
