Job summary

Gambaro Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for our Coolangatta venue on the Gold Coast. This full-time role leads our food and beverage operations across multiple venues to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability.

You will oversee service delivery, manage a skilled team, control costs, ensure health and safety compliance, and develop menus and beverage programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a food and beverage management role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and licensing.
• Excellent financial acumen with budgeting and cost control.
• Experience in menu development and beverage programs.
• Outstanding guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations and service delivery.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Ensure health, safety, and licensing compliance.
• Develop menus, promotions, and beverage programs.
• Monitor hygiene standards and food safety.
• Negotiate with suppliers to maximise value.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to improve performance.
• Handle guest concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless service.
