Norma's Deli in Manly is looking for friendly Front of House team members to join our part-time roster. You will greet guests, share menu knowledge, and help ensure smooth service with the kitchen, bar and barista teams.

This role requires a positive, guest-focused attitude, RSA, and NSW FSS where applicable, plus the ability to stay calm under pressure and keep the dining area tidy and well stocked. We offer staff discounts and team events.

Qualificações

• 2 years+ experience in a fast-paced customer service-facing hospitality role.
• Current RSA (required)
• NSW FSS (Food Safety Supervisor) Certificate – where applicable
• A genuine love of interacting with guests and delivering great customer service
• Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure
• A reliable, team-first attitude with great communication skills

About Norma's Deli

Located in the heart of Manly, Norma is serving breakfast and lunch to locals and visitors from abroad. Step down into the deli and you will be greeted by the warmth of the working kitchen and hit with the smell of freshly baked cakes.

Norma serves something for any occasion and all times of the day. Think heirlooms so glossy you'll catch your reflection, sandwiches so jam-packed they toe the line between lunch and dinner, and lemon tart cakes torched in front of your eyes.

Expression of Interest

We're inviting expressions of interest from friendly, energetic hospitality professionals who'd love to join our Front of House team on a part-time basis. While we may not have a role open right this moment, we're building a pool of great candidates to reach out to as positions become available.

About the role

As part of our FOH team, you'll be the face of Norma's Deli — welcoming guests, sharing your knowledge of our menu, and making sure every customer leaves with a great impression. You'll work closely with our kitchen, bar and barista teams to keep service running smoothly, and take pride in keeping our space clean, stocked and presentation-ready.
