Elsewhere at SAM is expanding its Front of House team in Victoria. We’re seeking friendly, energetic individuals to deliver memorable coffee and hospitality experiences in a fast-paced café setting.

As a Front of House Superstar you will greet and seat customers, take orders, operate the till, and maintain a clean, compliant workspace. RSA in Victoria and strong communication are essential, with flexibility across days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• RSA certification in Victoria.
• Experience in fast-paced hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Team player with flexibility to rosters.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers, provide excellent customer service, serve customers and have a hands-on approach with the delivery of food and beverages.
• Take meal and drink orders from customers to be sent to the kitchen or coffee station and operate the till for customer purchases.
• Ensure that the front-of-house is maintained in a clean, tidy and hygienic condition at all times, and ensure any food preparation complies with relevant health standards and regulations.
• Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality and appearance where applicable.
• OHS compliance and maintaining correct food safety procedures.
• Resolve any customer issues as they arise within their control.

Front of House Superstar (Casual/Part-Time/Full-Time)

We’re looking for all-rounders to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers, provide excellent customer service, serve customers and have a hands-on approach with the delivery of food and beverages

Our Requirements:

• Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• Experience in a very fast-paced hospitality venue
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a passion for great customer service
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members
• Flexibility to work a combination of days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating roster
