Job summary

Mondiale VGL Pty is expanding its LCL export portfolio and seeks an Export Operator to own shipments from client bookings through invoicing, ensuring cargo and paperwork stay coordinated from start to finish.

You will manage bookings with co-loaders, register shipments, lodge export declarations, coordinate LCL transport and prepare the full export document set, including HBL, MBL, Manifest, FI and Pre-alert, then raise invoices for completed shipments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the freight forwarding industry, including at least 6 months in sea exports.
• CW1 experience is essential; you’ll navigate it from booking through invoicing.
• Ability to work from the office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Booking and co-loader management
• Shipment registration
• Export customs declarations and EDN processing
• LCL transport coordination from pickup to port/CFS
• Prepare complete export documentation set (HBL, MBL, Manifest, FI, Pre-alert)
• Invoicing and closing out each job with accurate charges
