Job summary

EPL International P/L in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Import Sea Operator to join our growing freight forwarder team. You will handle sea cargo operations, liaise with clients, carriers and agents, and ensure accurate documentation and timely shipments.

You will use CargoWise software, coordinate customer requests, and deliver a high level of customer service at all times. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics and excellent written and verbal English communications are

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Freight Forwarding/Logistics role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Customer service oriented and able to liaise with multiple stakeholders.

This person will be responsible for handling customers sea operations and customer service.

Required tasks include:

liaising with clients, carriers, transport operators, and agents

providing a high-level of customer service at all times

You must have a minimum of 2years experience in a similar position within the Freight Forwarding / Logisticsindustry and possessattention to detail with excellent written & verbal communication skills (inEnglish).
