Job summary

Electomech Limited is seeking a performance-driven logistics coordinator to support export operations across Fiji and the Pacific. You will facilitate communication between customers, sales, shipping and management, coordinate shipments, and maintain accurate export records.

Electomech Limited is a leading manufacturer, wholesaler and retails for a wide range of products in Fiji and the Pacific is seeking to recruit a performance driven, customer oriented individual for the above position.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication and information flow between customers, sale, shipping, and management.
• Interact with customers and resolve customer service problems.
• Respond to customer inquires via telephone, fax, email.
• Process the requirement documentation.
• Main records of shipment, orders, and export activities.
• Communicate with clients and suppliers regarding shipment status and updates.
• Check and verify cargo details (quantity, weight, labeling, packaging).
• Process export orders and ensure timely dispatch.
• Update systems and reports related to exports and logistics.
• Resolve shipment issues such as delays, missing documents, or customs problems.
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience will be added to advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
