Job summary

Electomech Limited is seeking a performance-driven logistics coordinator to support export operations across Fiji and the Pacific. You will facilitate communication between customers, sales, shipping and management, coordinate shipments, and maintain accurate export records.

• Coordinate communication between customers, sales, shipping and management.
• Interact with customers and resolve service problems.

• Maintain records of shipments, orders and exports.
• Communicate shipment status with clients and suppliers.
• Check cargo details (quantity, weight, labeling, packaging).
• Process export orders and dispatch on time.
• Update exports and logistics reports.
• Resolve shipment delays and customs issues.
