Job summary

TFE Hotels in Sydney’s Darling Harbour is seeking a Conference & Events Coordinator to support the delivery of memorable conferences, meetings and events. You’ll manage enquiry through delivery, build strong client relationships and coordinate details across departments to ensure outstanding guest experiences.

You’ll bring experience in events or hospitality operations, strong communication and organisational skills, and a customer-focused, commercially aware approach.

• Experience coordinating conferences, meetings or events.

• Attention to detail in fast-paced hospitality environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate conferences, meetings and events from enquiry through to successful delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand requirements and deliver exceptional experiences.
• Prepare event documentation, function sheets and schedules to support seamless execution.
• Liaise with hotel departments to coordinate accommodation, F&B, AV and event needs.
• Conduct site inspections and assist clients throughout planning.
• Respond to client enquiries promptly while maintaining high service levels.
• Maintain accurate event records, contracts and bookings.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and contribute to growth.
