Job summary

Adina Sydney Darling Harbour, part of TFE Hotels, is seeking a Conference & Events Coordinator to join the team. You will support planning and delivery of memorable events, ensuring a welcoming and professional guest experience from enquiry through to delivery.

Join a busy Sydney venue with opportunities to liaise across departments, coordinate accommodation, F&B and AV, and help optimise events while maintaining exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and client service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
• Strong attention to detail and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate conferences, meetings and events from enquiry through to successful delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand requirements and deliver memorable experiences.
• Prepare event documentation, function sheets and operational schedules.
• Liaise with hotel departments to coordinate accommodation, food & beverage, AV and event requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and assist clients throughout the planning process.
• Respond to client enquiries promptly while maintaining high levels of service.
• Maintain accurate event records, contracts and booking information.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and support business growth.
