Accor's Pullman Sydney Airport is seeking a highly organised Conference & Events Coordinator to join the Sales & Marketing team on a full-time basis. You will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing and manage events from enquiry to delivery.

Coordinate, quote, contract and manage event logistics, site inspections and client communications while striving for exceptional guest experiences.

Qualificações

• Experience in Conference & Events Coordination or hotel sales preferred.
• Experience using Delphi and Opera desirable.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate conference and event enquiries from initial enquiry through to post-event follow-up.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, BEOs and client correspondence.
• Assist with converting enquiries into confirmed business.
• Coordinate all event logistics and communicate requirements with operational departments.
• Conduct client site inspections and venue show rounds.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business.
• Ensure event information is accurately maintained in event systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process.
• Support the Director of Sales & Marketing with administrative and sales activities.
• Assist in achieving conference and events revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
