Qualifications

• Previous experience in disability, aged care, or community support work.
• Comfortable providing personal care and manual handling support.
• Experience with mobility equipment, or willingness to learn.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
• Working with Children Check and Police Check (or willing to obtain).
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support clients with mobility and use of hoists or equipment.
• Administer medication as trained.
• Support clients to attend appointments, activities, and community outings.
• Monitor client wellbeing and report any concerns.
• Maintain clear records and follow company procedures.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members.
