We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and engaging mature female Support Worker to support a 53-year-old gentleman living with an acquired brain injury and type 2 diabetes. This role focuses on community access, companionship, and domestic assistance while supporting him to maintain his independence and enjoy the activities he loves.
He is a friendly and caring gentleman with a fantastic sense of humour who believes in treating everyone with kindness and respect, regardless of their background or ethnicity. He enjoys connecting with people, sharing a laugh, and spending time out in the community when feeling motivated and engaged. One of his greatest passions is motorcycles, and he proudly rides a Striker 1300. He also enjoys embracing life's simple pleasures, including dancing in the rain, and getting out and about to explore the community.
