Job summary

Chemist Discount Centre in Doolandella is seeking a Retail Manager to lead day-to-day operations, elevate customer experience, and drive sales growth within a high-performing store.

You will mentor the team, optimise merchandising and inventory, ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, and collaborate closely with owners and the Pharmacist Manager to deliver exceptional community healthcare.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail pharmacy management experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and people management skills.
