Byron Bay Services Club in Byron Bay is seeking an experienced chef to join our busy bistro and growing functions team. You will prepare and deliver quality meals, work efficiently under pressure, and help maintain high standards of food safety and presentation.

This role offers a balanced, part-time schedule with no late finishes, a supportive team, and a chance to showcase skills across our kitchen and events operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy bistro or kitchen.
• Strong food preparation and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality.

• A positive attitude, reliability and a team-first approach
• Availability to work a mix of evening and weekend shifts
